• You will need to know how many people you will be inviting
  prior to finalizing plans with most of your vendors
• Whatever number of invitations you order, you should add an extra quantity of
  25 outer and inner envelopes for the calligrapher.
• It is best to plan ahead.

LIST DETAILS

You may print out this page and use it as a checklist.
___Your guest list must be prepared on a PC computer, rather than a MAC.
___It can be prepared in Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Word, Wordpad or any similar       word processing program and saved as an ASCII or text file. We also accept *.doc       and *.wp files.
___If you are sending us only outer envelopes, your list(file) should be saved as
      yourlastname-outer
___If you are sending both inner and outer lists, you should be sending us two(2) separate lists (files):  yourlastname-outer  and  yourlastname-inner

      You can get the list to us in any of the following methods: 
___E-mail it to info@wedoCalligraphy.com
___Save it to a THUMB DRIVE and mail it with your order form and envelopes
___or Save the list to a CD or DVD and mail it to us
___Prepare a continuous list (see examples below)
___Do NOT use a spreadsheet format like Excel, Word with Columns, Paradox or Access.
___Do not use tabs or more than 1 column.
___Put one(1) space after each name and address set for outer envelope.
___Put one(1) space after each name for the inner envelope.
___Do not use ampersands(&) in place of "and"
___Do not abbreviate Street, Road, Avenue or State.
___Make sure each "Dr." " Mr." or "Mrs." is followed by a period ( . )
